I prefer a diverse range of work and being in a suburban general practice allows for this. I regularly attend local lawyers meetings and seminars and workshops held by the Queensland Law Society to keep abreast of new developments.

I have been a solicitor since January 2002.

I completed my combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business in 2001. I then undertook the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Queensland University of Technology and graduated in December 2001. I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court in 2002. In 2005, I completed my Master of Laws in commercial law. In 2008 I completed my Practice Management Course.

I commenced work in 2002 in a suburban firm at Stafford. It was a general practice and I have continued to work in a general practice since. I have been with a solicitor at Strathpine since September 2006 and assist clients in the areas of:-

• Commercial law which involves purchase and sale of businesses, leases, franchises, intellectual property rights, shareholders and company advice.
• Wills and Estates which involves drafting of wills and enduring powers of attorney, assisting clients with estate management, obtaining Probate/Letters of – Administration and administering and challenging of unfair wills.
• Family law which involves property settlement, divorce and children
• Commercial litigation in both the State and Federal Courts which involves insolvency law, debt recovery matters, consumer and product liability issues, and building disputes.
